RemindersFor all of our new neighbors that have moved in recently, the board wants to make sure that all members of the HOA are aware of the covenants and deed restrictions. Should you need a full set for your use, please email us and they will be provided to you or you can find them under HOA Document menu option above.
3.04—Rubbish & Debris: No rubbish or debris of any kind shall be placed or permitted to accumulate upon the property……. Refuse, garbage and trash shall be kept at all times in covered containers and any such container shall be kept within an enclosed structure or appropriately screened from view except for specific days when pickup is scheduled to occur.
3.06—Construction & Improvements: No improvements shall be constructed upon any of the property without prior written approval of the Architectural Committee.
Please remember the speed limit is 25mph all through our neighborhood. With the weather getting warmer, our small children will be out playing and we all need to be mindful of their safety.
